    Front Desk Manager can perform following actions from his dashboard

        1. Profile add/edit
        2. Add Package
        3. Package List
        4. Search Package
        5. Pending Packages List
        6. Today’s Pending Packages List
        7. Deliver Package
        8. Package Details etc.
        9. Delivery Status change accordingly Processing/Delivered

         

        Process Defined

              1. Package Received/Check IN by scanning package under ‘Add Package’
              2. Rack Number entered in ‘Add Package’
              3. Customer receive Email/SMS notification with QR CODE
              4. Package Delivery/Check OUT by scanning QRCODE
              5. Contactless signature URL provided to Customer for contactless delivery

Customer

Customer account login details sent by system automatically. Customer can perform following action from their dashboard.

  1. My Packages
  2. Package Details
  3. Request Delivery or Pick up

 

Process Defined

  1. Customer get notification via email/sms as soon package received by Front Desk Manager
  2. Customer Login and see package details
  3. Select a. Pickup b. Delivery
  4. Customer collect package from front-desk by himself or can ask for delivery
  5. Customer show QRCODE at reception
  6. QRCODE Scanned at a distance and provided a URL in SMS
  7. Customer tap the link and Sign (using his finger) on his mobile device
  8. Customer signature received by Front Desk Manager
  9. Customer collect the package
  10. Successful delivery notification sent via Email/SMS
