Process Defined
- Package Received/Check IN by scanning package under ‘Add Package’
- Rack Number entered in ‘Add Package’
- Customer receive Email/SMS notification with QR CODE
- Package Delivery/Check OUT by scanning QRCODE
- Contactless signature URL provided to Customer for contactless delivery
- Delivered Package strike off after receiving signature
Customer
Customer account login details sent by system automatically. Customer can perform following action from their dashboard.
- My Packages
- Package Details
- Request Delivery or Pick up
Process Defined
- Customer get notification via email/sms as soon package received by Front Desk Manager
- Customer Login and see package details
- Select a. Pickup b. Delivery
- Customer collect package from front-desk by himself or can ask for delivery
- Customer show QRCODE at reception
- QRCODE Scanned at a distance and provided a URL in SMS
- Customer tap the link and Sign (using his finger) on his mobile device
- Customer signature received by Front Desk Manager
- Customer collect the package
- Successful delivery notification sent via Email/SMS
