Hotel can send following notification to valet -
- Express Vehicle Request
- Cancel Vehicle Request
- Reported Delay

VALET - VEHICLE DELIVERY PROCESS
- Valet receive Express Vehicle Request notification on their Dashboard Screen, Email and CloudPrinter
- Valet staff select status as per their action performed Ex_ “Processing” “Cancelled” “Completed”. Immediately Hotel will get notified.



Process Defined
- Hotel send Express Vehicle Request to Valet by filling single field i.e. ‘Ticket Number’
- Valet receive complete details Ex_ Hotel Name, Date & Time Stamp with Guest Name via CloudPrinter Receipt/Email/Dashboard
- VALET complete the vehicle delivery process
- Hotels immediately notified
