Hotel can send following notification to valet -

  • Express Vehicle Request
  • Cancel Vehicle Request
  • Reported Delay

VALET - VEHICLE DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Valet receive Express Vehicle Request notification on their Dashboard Screen, Email and CloudPrinter
  • Valet staff select status as per their action performed Ex_ “Processing” “Cancelled” “Completed”. Immediately Hotel will get notified.

 

 

 

 

 

Process Defined

  1. Hotel send Express Vehicle Request to Valet by filling single field i.e. ‘Ticket Number’
  2. Valet receive complete details Ex_ Hotel Name, Date & Time Stamp with Guest Name via CloudPrinter Receipt/Email/Dashboard
  3. VALET complete the vehicle delivery process
  4. Hotels immediately notified
